A     On Page SEO:

On-page optimization is the process of optimizing individual webpages in order to rank higher and earn more relevant traffic in search engines. On-page optimization includes elements such as title tags, meta descriptions, header tags, and content optimization.

1.      Keyword Search: The first step in SEO is keyword research. This involves identifying the keywords and phrases that people are searching for in relation to your business or industry. Once you have a list of keywords, you can optimize your website and it’s content to target those keywords. There are several tools available to help with keyword research such as Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush and Ahrefs.

However in the start it is better to choose your keywords spontaneously, according to your business. You might want to use both Long-tail keywords and Short-tail keywords. Long-tail keywords are phrases longer than 2 to 3 words e.g. “ How to find good long-tail keywords”. Short-tail keywords are generally 2 to 3 words long. e.g “Organic SEO”, “Short-tail”.Generally speaking Long-tail keywords are more detailed and specific hence attract more traffic.

2.      Title tags: Title tags are HTML tags that provide a brief summary of the content on a webpage. They are displayed in the browser tab and also appear as the clickable headline for a webpage in search engine results. Title tags should be unique and descriptive, containing the main keyword for the webpage and be around 60 characters or less.

3.      Put keywords in the page URL: The URL of a webpage should be easy to read, short and contain the main keyword for the webpage.

4.      Put keywords in your meta description: Meta descriptions are short summaries of a webpage's content that appear under the title tag in search engine results. They should be concise, engaging, and contain the main keyword for the webpage. The optimal length for meta descriptions is around 155 characters.

5.      Put keywords in your Header text: Header tags(H1, H2, H3, etc.) are used to organize and structure the content on a webpage. They help search engines understand the hierarchy of information on a webpage, with H1 tags indicating the main topic or title of the page, and H2 and H3 tags indicating subheadings.

6.      Use keywords in the page’s content: The content on a webpage should be well structured and good quality and relevant to the audience. It should also be optimized for search engines by incorporating keywords naturally into the text.

B             Off Page SEO:

This type of SEO is performed outside the website.
